Crazy Stuff

We had a great/crazy time taking family photos with our very talented photographer friend Becky yesterday.

I swear, taking photos with young kids is an adventure. Elliana was running around and refusing to cooperate over half of the time, and we all know how well babies can smile/ look at the camera on command. Ha! I left the photo session just certain that we weren't going to get any pictures of the kids looking in the right place or smiling.

However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was wrong. :) I don't know how Becky does it, because after seeing just a few "sneak peeks", I instantly fell in love with the photos. Way to go Becky!

Want to hear a crazy coincidence? My sister Jenn blogged about the fact that without meaning to, her family had their photos taken one year apart on the exact same day. That made me go and look in our archives to see when we had our pictures taken last year. Although it wasn't a year apart to the day, it was close. Just 4 days apart. Crazy, huh?

So without further ado, I give you just a few of my favorites.

I'm overwhelmed by the cuteness in these two pictures.

The loves of my life. I can't imagine my life without them.

And just for fun, here is a picture of our family last year, and a picture of our family this year. I can't remember life before Ethan.

I can hardly wait to see the rest! Becky, I hope you know how much your talent blesses others. Thank you!

Those first 2 pictures are framers! Especially that one of Ethan, it is PERFECT!
And Ellie is starting to get less cute and more beautiful the older she gets. I can't wait to see the rest!

About Christine

My Photo
I have been married to Caleb, my best friend for 6 years. Caleb is an amazing man and a loving husband and father. God has already brought us through many joys and some sorrows to make our relationship with him and eachother so much stronger. I became a Mom to Elliana in December of 2008 and again to our son Ethan in March of 2011. I always wanted to be a Mom and I am enjoying every moment of it. We are thankful that God has provided for us and I am able to be a stay at home mom with our little ones. I am one of four girls. My sisters and I are very close. We are eachothers best friends and we've been through every struggle and celebration of eachothers lives together. Although I've been through some trials, I still believe that God is good, that his word is true, and that he is faithful. I'm just trying to follow God's leading and figure out what his plan is for my life.
